1970 Dodge Challenger T/A HEMI Orange 4-speed, #'s Matching, Broadcast Sheet
Did you know that of the 2,399 Challenger T/A's made in 1970, only 989 were equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission, of only 646 are presently accounted for. How many of those still remain 100% Numbers Matching, retaining their original drivetrain and body VIN stamps, original Fender Tag, all backstopped by their original Broadcast Sheet? Not many.
This one goes even further, rotisserie restored in 2015 using a cache of NOS and original parts accumulated over a lifetime. It has only been driven far enough to shake the bugs out of it and keep it exercised. Otherwise, this is a private museum piece. The restoration was completed with strict adherence to the Broadcast Sheet, including the J55 factory undercoat. The suspension undercarriage is fully restored, paying attention to factory finishes and detail, right down to the black mufflers and tail pipes. It is well equipped, Hemi Orange, buck seats, console, power brakes, and pistol-grip 4-speed manual transmission. About the only thing most would add, is the Rallye Gauge Cluster. Most serious driver's in 1970 went out and bought a more accurate aftermarket tachometer. If you are looking for a high original, well documented Challenger T/A in a High-Impact color and in excellent condition, then here you go!
