2017 SHELBY GT350R – HR533

In addition to the Voodoo unleashed in 2016, 2017 did away with any compromise. Track Package? Standard. Magneride, Launch Control/Line Lock, Track Apps- all here to make you giggle manically as you mash the gas pedal. The R Equipment Group (920A) adds the large front splitter, chassis tuning, a Carbon Fiber Rear Wing, and deletes Air Conditioning, Auxiliary Gauges, Rear Seats, Floor Mats, Rear View Camera, and Tire inflator & Sealant Kit Delete. Less is certainly more. Unless you want more- then you do what this owner did, option the car with R Electronics Package.

The R Electronics Package replaces 2016's Technology package- and now includes an 8” Touch Screen, Apple Car Play/Android Auto Capable Sync 3 system, with enhanced voice recognition, Soft Door Rollover and R-spec Auxiliary Gauges, Voice-Activated Navigation System, Sirius XM, a nine-speaker audio system, Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temp Control including Air Conditioning, Rear View Camera, Turn Signal Mirrors, and R-spec Floor Mats.

All of this wrapped in a crisp set of Oxford White lines. Over-the-top Racing Stripe? Sure, let's throw that in to!

EXTERIOR

There are no significant paint blems, flaws, chips or scratches to speak up, according to the results of a visual inspection of the vehicle. This GT350R is garage kept and driven in dry weather only. The factory original 19” Carbon Fiber Rims and 305/30 front and 315/30 rear Michelin Sport Cup 2 tires are in excellent condition.

INTERIOR

The first thing you'll notice are the GT350R specific Recaro Sport seats. Then, your eye falls to the black Alcantara wrapped steering wheel, trimmed out in red stitching. The red Cobra start button sits ready for you to strike up the 5.2 VooDoo and run those 526 ponies through all six gears on your way to the 8,250 RPM redline. The speedometer will stop keeping track after 200 MPH. Your passenger count is kept to one. No rear seats in the R, as it should be. And yes- it has a killer sound system, voice activated Navigation, and a big touch screen in the middle of the center stack.

ENGINE BAY

The engine is clean, factory original, and correct. The strut tower brace comes standard in a 2017 and the commemorative plaque pays homage to the skilled hands which assembled the flat plane crank dual overhead cam, variable vale timed American V8. Oil changes and preventative maintenance were conducted on the regular to keep this snake in top shape.

CHASSIS

Factory wheels, factory Brembo Brakes, and factory issued exhaust are all in excellent condition. No evidence of road rash, corrosion, or damage was noted during inspection.

DOC & VIN

Documentation includes current Car Fax report, Original Window Sticker, Owner's Supplement, and all available service history receipts. The last service was in December of 2022.
